What you’ll get:
- Custom running program tailored to your goals and level of training.
- Programs include a variety of runs with distances and paces set for you.
- Programs follow a cycle of building and then peaking for goal events.
- Ongoing monthly coaching – stop at anytime.
- Training programs issued monthly through Final Surge.
- Communication with your coach through Final Surge and email
- Unlimited training plan adjustments.
Our custom running programs are $60 per month.
