Our online run coaching is suitable for runners of all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced runner we can help you achieve your next goal. We cater for distances from 5km to the marathon.

What you’ll get:

  • Custom running program tailored to your goals and level of training.
  • Programs include a variety of runs with distances and paces set for you.
  • Programs follow a cycle of building and then peaking for goal events.
  • Ongoing monthly coaching – stop at anytime.
  • Training programs issued monthly through Final Surge.
  • Communication with your coach through Final Surge and email
  • Unlimited training plan adjustments.

After purchasing we will be in contact to complete your athlete profile and coaching agreement.

Our custom running programs are $60 per month.
