What’s the difference?
- Online coaching you’ll receive a fully custom training program specifically designed for you and your goals, as well as communication with your coach for guidance along the way, and with unlimited adjustments to your program.
- Training plans are set plans to target an event designed for different levels of runners. These can be a good option if you don’t want to commit to ongoing coaching and the plan matches your current level of running and goal.
